1. What Sussurio is — and is not
Sussurio is a tool for reflection and entertainment based on the ancient Plum Blossom numerology: you hold a question in mind, the app casts a reading from that very moment, and hands you back a metaphor with a gentle hint.
These hints are not medical, financial, legal or professional psychological advice, and do not replace expert opinion. Every decision always remains yours— Sussurio accepts no responsibility for decisions you make based on the app's content.
2. Accounts
- Sign up with your real email address and keep your password safe.
- One account per person; do not share an account among multiple users.
- No automated tools (bots, scripts) to create accounts, cast readings, or bypass limits in any form.
3. Free and Premium plans
- Free: one reading per day, at least 3 minutes between two readings, with the surface hint.
- Premium: no daily limit and the full interpretation unlocked. Exact prices and benefits are shown on the Premium page at the time of purchase.
Limits and benefits may be adjusted; significant changes will be announced in advance.
4. Payment, cancellation and refunds
- Payments are processed by Polar (polar.sh) — the merchant of record and the party issuing your invoice.
- Subscriptions renew automatically by period (monthly or yearly). You can cancel anytime from the plan management page — after cancelling, Premium benefits remain until the end of the period you paid for, with no further charges.
- Refund requests: contact support@sussurio.com — handled case by case and under Polar's policy.
5. Content and intellectual property
All content in the app (interpretations, metaphors, artwork, interface) belongs to Sussurio. You may use it personally; no copying, republishing or commercial exploitation without written consent.
6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms (especially section 2). You may stop using the service and request account deletion at any time under section 5 of the Privacy Policy.
7. Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is". We work to keep it stable but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. In all cases Sussurio's liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the most recent 12 months.
8. Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated; the new version will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use after a change means you accept the new version.
