Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

• Account information: your email address; a display name (if you set one).
• When you sign in with Google: the email and name from your Google account — the minimum scope needed to create your account, nothing more.
• Your reading journal: the question you asked (if any), the time, timezone and hexagram result of each reading — so you can revisit them in your Journal.
• Session cookies and your theme/language preferences.

We cannot see your password (it is hashed by the authentication system), and we never touch your card number — all payment handling is done by Polar (see section 4).

2. What we use it for

• Running the service: signing you in, showing your journal, counting daily readings, activating Premium.
• Support, when you contact us.

We do not sell your data to anyone, do not use it for advertising, and use no ad-tracking cookies.

3. Where your data lives

Data is stored and processed by reputable infrastructure partners:

• Supabase — database and authentication (servers in Singapore).
• Vercel — website hosting.
• Polar — payment processing (section 4).

4. Payments

Premium is sold through Polar(polar.sh) — the merchant of record. When you purchase a plan, your card details and invoices are collected and handled by Polar under Polar's own privacy policy; Sussurio only receives a "payment completed" signal to activate your benefits.

5. Your rights

• View your entire reading journal inside the app.
• Delete any individual reading, at any time.
• Edit your display name in the app.
• Delete your whole account and data: email support@sussurio.com from your registered address — we will process it within 30 days.

6. Children

Sussurio is not intended for anyone under 13 and does not knowingly collect children's data.

7. Changes to this policy

When this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with an updated date. Significant changes will be announced in the app.
